The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards for various digital analytics initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with GA4 and Firebase, and proficiency in SQL for data validation and transformation.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and KPI visualizations.
Work with GA4, Firebase, MS Clarity, and Hotjar datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Perform SQL-based data validation and cleansing.
Collaborate with the data engineering team for data model enhancement.
Analyze user journey and engagement metrics across web and mobile applications.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, IT, operations) to define reporting goals.
Prepare documentation, process flow, and data dictionaries for dashboard logic.
