Job Description:-
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience as developer out of which at least 2 years as CRMNEXT developer (Functional/ Technical).
Qualification – B.E, MCA, M.Sc.(CS)
Skills required on CRMNEXT’s CRM Product:
- Technical and functional knowledge of CRMNEXT’s CRM product versions GB 6,7,8 for Insurance or Banking industry.
- Project and CR development experience in insurance or banking sector clients for CRM’s Customer Service framework, Policy 360, Customer 360, SR 360 modules, Autoflow creation, BER creations, Layout customizations, Process managements.
- Development of interfaces, mashups, EDS, data loaders etc.
- Configuration of CRMNEXT entities, objects and controls etc.
- Technical documentation for Projects/ CRs – solution approach document, Work Unit documents
- Production issue troubleshooting.
- Experience of handling Jira for Change management would be added advantage.
Role and Responsibility:
Feasibility analysis of requirements before BRD
Supporting Business Analyst team in BRD documentations.
Solution design documentation adhering to BALIC guidelines.
Coordinating with other IT application’s development team for end-to-end solution.
Preparing Work Unit Documentation/ Low level design documentation and ensuring review from BALIC TL to get signoff.
Code development and deployment to adhere to final signed off SAD and WUD.
Build deployment to various testing environments for SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod stages.
Supporting ITQA, UAT, Pre-Prod and Post-Prod sanity testing.
Code Merging and script extraction of merged codes from development environment for deployment to test environments.
