Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and product usage

Build domain knowledge in Field Sales Management, Learning Platforms, and Modern Retail

Gain strong product expertise across all features

Review BRDs, proposals, and delivery plans

Support hosting, technical setup, and client account creation

Perform minor product customizations as needed

Train end-users via online sessions, guides, and videos

Create and maintain help documentation

Conduct UAT with clients and report issues

Test new features and support client delivery planning

Ensure smooth go-live with client confirmation

Track client adoption and usage (MRR monitoring)

Provide ongoing support and meet SLA requirements

Record all support activities for review and audit

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly

Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals
