Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email, SEO).
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI tracking.
Build, update, and optimize landing pages and website content using WordPress.
Apply basic HTML/CSS for customization, troubleshooting, and campaign-specific page creation.
Improve website UX/UI for better conversion rates and engagement.
Conceptualize and create engaging campaign creatives, landing pages, and high-converting ad copies.
Collaborate with design teams to produce visually compelling assets.
Ensure absolute brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Monitor and optimize paid campaigns for CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
Generate actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven learnings.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand marketing objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and growth opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Communication: Must have excellent, top-tier communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills: Mandatory working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web customization and WordPress CMS (themes, plugins, landing pages).
Performance Marketing: Proven expertise in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
SEO & Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar.
Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend debugging is a plus.
Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment.
