1.Excellent English Communication is mandatory with 3 year - 5 year of Business Analyst experience in Life Insurance Domain.
2.Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
3. Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to process of troubleshooting and usage
4. Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for Android platform, Play-store, Different device internals, GPS, Geo-fencing
5. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
6. Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and handle training
7. Resolve technical issues related to Android services running on APP foreground and background
8. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of Support Process vide Phone, Whatsapp, Email etc.
