Job Responsibilities:
Test, analyze, and ensure the quality of products, systems, or software.
Collaborate with business units to prepare test cases, test plans, reports, and scripts.
Execute manual testing to ensure products meet quality standards and requirements.
Identify, log, and track defects with proper documentation and report status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and assess quality and regulatory risks.
Work closely with team members to identify and resolve issues.
Follow up with stakeholders to address any identified concerns.
Provide training and assistance as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in manual testing and defect tracking.
Knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and compliance standards.
Ability to work in collaborative team environments and communicate effectively.
Good to have: Experience with TCS BaNCS as a product.
