About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager with strong expertise in Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing to lead and manage end-to-end digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing project management, ensuring successful campaign execution and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams (design, content, tech, performance) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, influencers).
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets, creatives, and campaigns with the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and senior management, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Uphold brand consistency and quality across all digital channels.
- Drive innovation and process improvements in digital marketing execution.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing Project Management with proven expertise in Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with Agile/Scrum knowledge (preferred).
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and other digital channels.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Asana, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, and project management tools.
- Additional Advantage: Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, UX/UI.
