Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and delivering insightful performance reports. You will collaborate across departments, implement and manage sales tools/CRM systems, and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Management:
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring smooth sales processes.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Prepare detailed sales performance reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvement.
CRM and Sales Tools Management:
Implement, manage, and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools.
Ensure alignment of tools with the organization's goals and train team members on their use.
Process Streamlining:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategy development.
Market Analysis (Preferred):
Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
