Key Responsibilities


    • Accounts Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including preparation and finalization of accounts.
    • MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports for strategic decision-making.
    • Audit Collaboration: Work closely with auditors to ensure compliance and successful completion of audits.
    • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and contribute to planning and forecasting.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory compliances, including tax laws and statutory requirements.
  • Leadership (Good to have): Support the finance team by taking on a managerial role, guiding and supervising team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, MIS reporting, and audit collaboration.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
