Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Cyber Security division. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with a strong background in Cyber Security solutions sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and positioning our Cyber Security services as the top choice in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities for Cyber Security services, including VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), network security, and application security services.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Building: Actively prospect, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline, focusing on building relationships with clients who have a high need for Cyber Security solutions.
Client Engagement: Understand client business needs, present tailored Cyber Security solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Account Management: Cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our services.
Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports for management on pipeline status, target achievement, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in Cyber Security services (such as VAPT, network, and application security).
Skills: Target-driven with strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of Cyber Security concepts and the ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for clients.
Adaptability: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of the Cyber Security landscape.
